Meditation is often confused with guided verbal and visual processes. In actuality, meditation is a state free of ordinary mental activity free of linear cognitive function. Meditation is the lucid unbroken stream of awareness of Awareness itself. Meditation practice requires consistency to eventually enter the state of heightened clarity accompanied by deep peace, that eventually reveals an indescribable absolute silence and stillness.  But consistency on its own is not enough.  Very definite sets of skills must be cultivated to establish a person in this expanded state beyond all nuances of mind.

Many struggle with meditation without adept guidance. In it’s untrained state the mind will disrupt consistent and deep practice. Essential methods guide the practitioner through and beyond the mind. In so doing the mind is cleansed and strengthened as an instrument for higher intelligence and focus that is no longer obstructive.

Keval has been a teacher and dedicated practitioner of meditation for 45 years. He received his training within a lineage of Siddhas (yoga Adepts) from India.

He has lived and taught in USA, Europe, UK, India and Australia. He imparts his love and knowledge of this practice with tremendous insight and infectious enthusiasm.
