The experience of the exquisite resonance of the Kashmir Santoor as played by World Class International Musician Vinay Desai is of a caliber all of its own. Hearing Vinay's adeptness on this unique 100 stringed instrument takes the listener into the deeply resonate qualities of traditional raga. The audience is left with the vibrational transformative effect only great music can give.

Accompanied by highly gifted Tabla player Jay Dabgar - originally from Gujarat residing now in Victoria. Jay plays concerts Australia wide and internationally.

Vinay was trained personally by Shiv Kumar Sharma world renowned santoor maestro, Vinay is dedicated to walking in his teachers musical footsteps. Vinay visits Australia as part of his touring world concerts through February. He arrives from touring in India and playing to sold out events. People who love Shiv Kumar are amazed how Vinay’s skill reflects both the sounds and the style of his incredible teacher. Jay is known Australia wide for his consummate, energetic and vibrant drumming skill and he returns also from concerts across India for this duo.
