Sadhana has been a practicing yoga therapist for nearly 50 years. Her skill and knowledge base is profound. Her experience enables her to adapt a class to meet the very specific needs of those who attend. She has evolved a form of practice that generates a tangible, sensate awareness of what makes us whole and how to access it. Students who attend her classes take with them methods they can utilize in their home practice to address the day to day needs of the body, mind and consciousness. Her classes have a high educational element sharing yoga’s deep understanding of human function both physical and subtle.

Classes include asana, release practices, breathwork, pranayama, mudra, relaxation, yoga nidra, and stillness.
