


Yoga Chikitsa Class (Strathalbyn) - Casual
The healing , regenerative and enlivening outcomes people experience from these extended sessions of deep focused practice are exceptional.
These classes are for EVERYBODY, to heal, to slow down and enable transformation to occur, to empower physical function, to enhance energy and vitality, to meet the subtle spaces within, to cleanse and refocus the mind. It does not matter how much or how little yoga practice you have the classes inspire new approaches, learning and discoveries for all.
For those teaching or training to teach chikitsa classes will inspire ways to meet individual needs and give support where certain conditions of body or mind require special focus. Also for those who have trained with us to stay connected to an ongoing thread of guidance and who wish to improve their own health, wellbeing, practice, understanding and centre.
We can direct practice to aid the body and mind in many ways, sometimes the same practice but adapted, modified, altered or amplified in numerous ways to bring about different effects and benefits
With regular attendance you will notice the significant shifts this form of practice generate.

Yoga Nidra
Meditation
Mantra repetition
Suggestions for home practice
